Ridhi Rohit

Ridhi’s passion for sports led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.

Having been introduced to the field of parasport while studying for her Master’s in Physiotherapy, Ridhi had the privilege of working closely with Olympians and athletes engaged in wheelchair rugby and wheelchair tennis.

In August 2022, she had the privilege of being part of the dedicated team attending to the physiotherapy needs of the Scottish team in the European Touch Rugby Championship.

Her dedication to staying up to date with the latest advancements and evidence-based practices in the field ensures that she always provides the highest quality care. She specialises in a customised treatment approach that encompasses acupuncture, shockwave therapy, rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry cupping, and sports massage to support her patient’s on their journey to wellness.

Ridhi adheres to the principle of ‘hands-on healing’ and is deeply passionate about optimising performance while minimising the risk of injuries. Her treatment programmes are meticulously tailored to align with each patient’s individual goals, and she is committed to sharing valuable insights about exercise therapy to her patients.

Ridhi is also a Level 3 certified sports massage therapist and an AACP-certified acupuncture therapist.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys working out in the gym, swimming and catching up with her family and friends.
