At Bodyset, Personal Training is about so much more than muscle strength and fitness. We’re here to help you reach your personal fitness and lifestyle goals without injury, while developing healthy habits that you can sustain for years to come.
You can start your PT journey at our Cobham clinic.
Who is Personal Training for?
Personal training is for absolutely anyone. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, prep for an upcoming sports event or simply get in shape – we’re here to help you reach your goals.
Why is Personal Training important?
With the guidance of a Personal Trainer we’ll help you reach your goals with a reduced risk of injury by engaging you in a safe and effective plan, bespoke to you and your body. Many people start to exercise with good intentions and often burn out, lose focus or injure themselves. From exercise to diet, we’ll make sure you stay on track. So all you have to worry about, is showing up!
What can I expect from my first Personal Training session?
Before creating a plan for you, we’ll discuss your personal goals as well as your fitness and medical history. Depending on what you’re looking to achieve, we may also perform a physical assessment and make a note of your body measurements.
While we aim to help you reach your goals as soon as possible, we are not a quick fix. We’re here to help you develop healthy habits that you can continue to sustain for years to come too.
What should I wear to my Personal Training session?
Wear something comfortable. It’s important that we’re able to see how your body moves, so please wear comfortable and loose clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement.
Do you offer Personal Training for pre- and post-natal mums?
Yes we do! Our talented Personal Trainer Ella Harle specialises in personal training for new mums too!
