Rujuta is a Chartered MSK Physiotherapist and a Mummy MOT registered Women’s Health Specialist. She has a Master’s degree from Cardiff University and has extensive experience in working with a wide variety of patients, from professionals with occupational injuries to athletes with nagging injuries, and early post-operative patients.
Rujuta also has a specialist interest in women’s health rehabilitation, believing that women are capable of doing anything they set their minds to!
Rujuta designs a patient-tailored, evidence-based treatment protocol for her patients and advocates the use of both exercise and manual therapy. She trusts in a holistic treatment approach and takes into consideration patient lifestyle factors and psychosocial factors while planning rehabilitation programmes.
